I’m not one for the whole “fuck the police/government” thing that’s going on in Australia at the moment. But check out what they’ve started using against protesters in the US in the past couple of years. It’s called a Long Range Acoustic Device and can play sounds that will cause pain at high volumes.
This comes with a gigantic warning that I will put in bold of: Do not use headphones for this and reduce your volume to the bare minimum…unless you’re really stupid.
